We want camp days to run smoothly, safely, and predictably for both students and families. The information below explains how arrival, pickup, and daily logistics work.
Students not enrolled in AM Extended Care should arrive between 8:45 AM and 9AM.
Students may be dropped off during the regular morning arrival window of 8:45–9:00 AM. Please make every effort to arrive on time so students do not miss important instructions, announcements, or setup time at the start of class.
The arrival area is the wood gate to the right of the main building. 850-B Tablot is located behind 850-A Talbot. A staff member will greet students at the door, check them in, and direct them to the main class.
Regular pickup takes place from 3:00 PM–3:15PM.
For student safety, children will only be released to a parent/guardian or another adult authorized by the family. Authorized pickup adults should be listed during registration.
If pickup plans change during the day, same-day parent permission by text or email is acceptable. Staff may request ID if the pickup person is unfamiliar.
Please pick up students on time. Staff remain on duty after camp ends, and late pickups affect supervision and cleanup.
One late pickup may be excused as a courtesy.
Repeated late pickups may be charged $15 per 15 minutes after 3:15 PM.
Families with regular later pickup needs should enroll in PM Extended Care
Students should bring:
a packed NUT-free lunch
a water bottle
a jacket or light layer
any camp-specific items listed in advance
We recommend labeling student belongings clearly with the child’s name.
Students should bring their own lunch unless otherwise stated for a specific camp. A reusable water bottle is strongly encouraged each day.
Water refill is available from an onsite filter
Students may bring their own snacks - but we are a NUT-free facility.
On Fridays, students may receive a small popsicle or other treat
Students should come dressed for active, hands-on participation.
We recommend:
comfortable clothing that can handle normal camp messes
closed-toe shoes for safety
a jacket or layer in case the room or weather is cool
For some camps, additional clothing guidance may be shared in advance.
If your child will be absent or late, please notify us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly and make sure all students are accounted for.
Best contact methods are text and email.
Camp tuition is not prorated for absences or missed days.
Please send only what students need for the day. We recommend leaving valuable toys, electronics, trading cards, and other non-camp items at home unless they are specifically requested for a class activity.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items.
On the first day, families should allow a few extra minutes for arrival so staff can help direct students and answer quick questions.
A staff member will be at the front to direct families to the correct gate. Please arrive during the normal drop-off window and make sure your child has lunch, water, and any required items for the day.
If an issue comes up during the camp day—such as illness, injury, or a significant behavior issue—we will contact a parent/guardian using the contact information provided at registration.
Please make sure emergency contacts and pickup information stay current.
