We aim to keep registration simple, clear, and predictable for families. To help us plan staffing, materials, and class sizes well, the following enrollment and payment policies apply.
Full payment is required at the time of registration in order to reserve your child’s spot.
There is no registration fee and no unnecessary account setup.
Tuition is charged per week.
Some camps include an additional materials fee due to the cost of take-home projects or specialty supplies.
Families may qualify for a $25/week discount in the following cases:
Available when attending the same camp with a friend or sibiling.
Available when registering for 3 or more weeks.
Available for registrations completed before March 15.
Discounts will be issued on the first day of camp.
Families may request one transfer to another available camp week if the request is made at least 14 days before the start of camp. Transfers are subject to availability.
We do not offer prorating, refunds, or makeup sessions for missed camp days.
In rare cases involving serious illness or family emergency, accommodations may be considered at our discretion, but are not guaranteed.
Refunds are handled according to the following schedule:
30 or more days before the start date: 100% refund, minus a $25/session cancellation fee
15–29 days before the start date: 50% refund, minus a $25/session cancellation fee
Under 15 days before the start date: no refunds
Activity Hero sign up fees are not refundable.
If a camp is canceled by us due to low enrollment, staffing, facility issues, or other circumstances, families may choose either:
a full refund, or
a transfer to another available camp, if space is available
